We are growing rapidly and are looking to hire an Accountant to join our growing team.  This role reports to the Controller.

Working in Accounting
The Accountant will work with the Controller in directing all accounting functions for Drawbridge. This person is responsible for maintaining an accurate general ledger, A/P, A/R, and timely month-end close and reporting.

As a member of a small finance team, the ideal candidate will be a detail oriented, self-starter who can work independently, meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment, and is comfortable communicating directly with the executive leadership team.

In this role you will:
  • Oversight of client cash application and accounts receivable, including ownership of associated collections processes
  • Prepare balance sheet accounts reconciliations to ensure account balances are accurate and complete
  • Processing biweekly payroll in ADP for 80 employees including reconciling payroll accounts and resolving any discrepancies in a timely manner
  • Preparing month-end journal entries for all related processes

You Have
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in public or corporate accounting function
  • Strong understanding of US GAAP
  • Experience with an ERP (NetSuite preferred)
  • Proficient using Microsoft Office programs including Excel
  • Ability to effectively communicate in a remote environment
  • Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with the ability to take responsibility for delivering quality work in a timely manner
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, detail oriented with emphasis on accuracy
