Senior Revenue Operations Analyst
About the Role
We’re looking for a Senior Revenue Operations Analyst to influence and enhance our go-to-market process, with a primary focus on Salesforce actions and updates. This is a business-oriented role, informed by data. It is not a developer role. This is ideally a position located on the East Coast.
This role is responsible for day-to-day administration, support and continuous improvement to influence the operating model, scale, and management of Salesforce processes (including Configure Price Quote - CPQ). The core infrastructure is built; you’ll play a key role in supporting and improving our broader GTM systems ecosystem, ensuring tools are optimized for use, and aligned to drive revenue growth. We presently use Salesforce, Outreach, Netsuite, Hubspot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other data providers. This is a highly collaborative and supportive role to our GTM function. We are looking for a true do-er.
You will partner closely with teams across Revenue Operations, Sales, Marketing, and Finance to translate business needs into effective solutions supporting business growth.
What You’ll Do
Salesforce Support
· Act as the primary business process superuser for Salesforce and Salesforce CPQ
· Manage day-to-day system operations, user support, and enhancement requests
· Support and optimize quote-to-cash processes (pricing, quoting, approvals)
· Develop reports and dashboards for pipeline visibility, forecasting, and productivity performance as needed
GTM Systems & Integrations
· Ensure data consistency across platforms
· Support evaluation, implementation, and roll out of new GTM technologies; support ongoing optimization of existing technologies
Projects, Enablement, & Support
· Lead cross functional projects as they relate to GTM systems
· Partner cross-functionally to deliver system improvements
· Gather requirements and translate business needs into solutions
· Provide user training, onboarding documentation, and change management support for systems updates
· Provide sales and end user support for GTM systems
· Support data quality and hygiene efforts
What We’re Looking For
Required
· 5+ years of Salesforce Operational Administration experience (not technical administrator/developer)
· Strong understanding of sales and GTM business processes (pipeline stages forecasting, lead to opportunity flow, quote-to-cash)
· Experience in a SaaS or recurring revenue environment for a small to mid-sized business
· Operational experience with Salesforce CPQ and quote-to-cash processes
· Working knowledge of GTM tools such as Outreach, data platforms, marketing automation platforms
· Strong problem-solving skills, process improvement mindset, and keen attention to detail
· Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate clearly with stakeholders
Preferred
· Salesforce certification(s) (Advanced Admin, CPQ Specialist)
